PeopleXperience entrusted Arandu to enhance the design of their persona mapping and journey tools. Our team redesigned the interface and usability of these solutions, making them more intuitive and efficient. Now, users can map personas and structure journeys with greater fluidity, improving the customer and employee experience strategy within the platform.
